Lindsay Lohan's Dad Michael On Her Rumored Fiance: 'They Are Great For Each Other'
Lindsay Lohan's rumored fiancé has a new fan – his possible future father-in-law!
Michael Lohan told Access exclusively that he met his daughter's beau, Egor Tarabasov, for the first time when the whole family was in New York City together earlier this week.
According to Michael, the 22-year-old Russian heir is "amazing," and a good match for Lindsay.
"They are great for each other," he said. "She loves him and he brings out the best in her."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a source close to Lindsay told Access on Tuesday that Egor popped the question in London over the weekend.
However, the actress' rep denied the news and told Access exclusively on Wednesday that "the story is not true and holds no merit."
Lindsay was spotted wearing an emerald and diamond sparkler on her left ring finger while out in New York with Egor, Michael, her mom Dina and her sister Ali, and shared an Instagram photo of herself sporting the jewelry while on stage at a Duran Duran concert Tuesday night.
Lindsay's rep told Access that the gem in question is "a commitment ring."
While Lindsay has yet to comment on her engagement speculation, Michael is glad for her and Egor's relationship.
"I'm happy for them," he told Access of the couple.
